2019-11-20

PEOPLE OF M's-en

Kyoto Arakawa is one of the most popular yakiniku restaurants in Kyoto. Arakawa is located a 5-minute walk from the Gion-Shijo Station.

They offer rare part of premium Wagyu Beef such as aitch bone, brisket and liver sashimi.

It’s a small restaurant, and the chef cuts the meat in front of your eyes.

You can enjoy a nice chat with the friendly staff while you’re having a meal. The atmosphere here is fantastic.

We would like to recommend the Omakase course (Chefs choice). The chef will serve the beef dishes depending on the purchase of stock on the day.

You can enjoy nice wine here, and also freshly squeezed juice served at the end of the meal is also very tasty.

They use meat raised in nearby Nara prefecture. During a course, you get to savor all kinds of meat cuts, including some delicacies such as beef tongue.

Lunch course has higher cost–performance ratio, you can get away with a 5,000 yen bill if you visit during lunchtime.

Although it can be pricey to dine here, with evening meal often surpassing 10,000 yen per person, for an unforgettable yakiniku experience, it’s definitely worth the go.

Do not miss this Kyoto restaurant !
