    We do not have hotel parking or affiliated parking facilities. We recommend using public transportation. If you are traveling by a car, please use the nearby coin-operated parking lots.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. *Please note that these times may vary depending on the accommodation plan.

  • How do I check in and check out?

    Upon your arrival, we will confirm your name and reservation details. After that, a staff member will be happy to assist you with the automatic check-in machine at the front desk. For check-out, you can easily complete the process yourself using the same automatic check-in machine.

  • Can I store my luggage?

    We offer free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. We provide a self-service cloakroom, where you can secure your luggage with a wire chain. *Please note that the number of wire chains is limited, so kindly understand in advance.

  • Is internet available?

    Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Please note that wired LAN connections are not provided.

    You can enter and exit our premises 24 hours a day. However, for enhanced security, the main entrance's automatic doors are locked between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. During these hours, please use the intercom located to the right of the main entrance to contact staff when you need to enter or exit. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Is there a coin laundry?

    Yes, there is a washer and dryer on the first floor (for a fee).

  • Can I stay with my pet?

    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the guest rooms. However, if you are traveling with a guide dog, service dog, or hearing dog, please feel free to let us know.
